Not returing, you get what you pay for Positive: The number of beds in the room, but none of the sheets where clean nor the towels. Negative: We were woken up to change the a/c filter very early while everyone was in pjs. There was a moldy smell inside the apartment, my daughter had an awful cough the whole stay as soon as we left her cough got way better. One pillow smelled like throw up, the towels don’t seem to be washed, one smelled a lot like cigarettes smoke. The bed in the closet smelled awful like the sheets had never been washed before.

It's a great place to stay for a group!

Overall this was a great stay for my group. The property is located in a great location on the strip, and the room was advertised. You won’t find a more affordable room this size in the middle of the strip! Check in and check out was super easy, you’re an elevator ride away from the Cosmopolitan casino, and it was awesome having a full kitchen in the room.

This has been a bad experience from the beginning. The property manager was poor on communication. The rental was from once persons name and the person that would respond to me via automated or pre written communication went by another name. I was asked to pay the security deposit several times. It was included in my original payment for the room. At the 3rd request the security deposit changed prices. I was deep in red flag territory before even walking on site. I asked to early check in because our flights came in in the morning. That was not approved. I asked security once I got there and they kept saying the room was in the process of being cleaned. Another group I was with was able to check in early no problem. I had a bunch of recording gear with me from the show so knowing my equipment is safe in the room would have been a big plus but to no avail. I was only able to pick up keys well after the 4pm check in. Once in the room, is was in rough shape. I paid a premium for the room. Well more than I could have paid for a nice hotel. The first thing I noticed was the door stop on the wall was caved in next to the front door. The room conditions were old and outdated. There wasn’t adequate lighting. The place just gave me a very bad impression. The room was old and dingy and the price I paid did not match the room. There was nothing penthouse about this room. It was just located higher up in the building. My friends had a room on the 2nd floor and their room was much larger and had a living room area. My tv didn’t work either. I am very dissatisfied.
