Positive: Great location, and easy access to everything on the strip, and been linked with the Cosmo was great too. Older style building, but they are doing upgrades, which was great to see, photos matched perfectly Will definitely stay again.

ФэI strongly advise against living there. Positive: Everything was terrible! Disgusting! Negative: Check-in took over 1.5 hours. The room was renovated about 20 years ago. The view from the window is of the entire hotel ventilation wall. It's terribly noisy. It's impossible to sleep because of the noise. What's the $500 room deposit for? The landlord should pay extra so someone can live there. The refrigerator stinks. The doors inside the room don't work. The landlord didn't explain how to find his place! And he only demanded a $500 deposit. The air conditioner turns on by itself at night at the coldest setting. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom.

Great value for location and amenities. Positive: The actual location was very convenient to go to the Las Vegas Strip. The room had enough beds for all of us (4 large+1sofa). The building has an elevator connecting directly to the Cosmopolitan hotel/casino. The convenience & value of a condo at a hotel location. Quiet, great for sleeping. Negative: The entrance is a little hard to find, especially at night. Please read the instructions carefully to find your way. No view.
