Pessimo e pessima la risposta della struttura quando ho sollevato i problemi!!! Positive: La peggior camera che io abbia mai visto!! Sembrava di essere in un bunker ma senza servizi!! Ho lasciato subito la camera e prenotato al bellaggio dove ho speso uguale ma con servizi top! In più le risposte della struttura quando ho sollevato le divergenze tra le immagini e descrizioni pubblicate su Booking e la realtà ….ho avuto delle risposte a dir poco scandalose. Mi dispiace ma ritengo responsabile anche Booking che ha mancate di controlli Negative: Posizione . Vista. Servizio check in. Assistenza.

Very nice Positive: The staff was very helpful, kind, polite. Access to the cosmopolitan pool and the strip was very close.
