Perfect location and perfect accommodation for a large holiday party. Positive: Location was amazing!! Lots of beds for our family holiday. Easy check in/check out. Very comfortable family room/kitchen. Easy laundry facilities. Negative: Couldn’t alter the air con temp.

Perfect location for a group of family/friends to stay together! Positive: Perfect place for a family and friends group to be able to stay together without managing the logistics of multiple hotel rooms. The location honestly cannot be beat! Tucked in right between Cosmopolitan and Bellagio, with elevator access directly to the Cosmo casino floor. Negative: The kitchen was very, very basically stocked. I think there were like four forks. Considering the number of people who can stay, a few more would be optimal.

Disgusting. Positive: There is nothing to like about this property. There was significant construction going on on the roof. We couldn’t even use the apartment during our stay. We complained and were ignored. They also claim it sleeps 20 yet has enough sitting room for four people., no cutlery or plates for 20 and a highly outdated kitchen. The apartment is a joke. Negative: There is nothing to like about it- stay away. They couldn’t care less about the comfort of their guests. They take a damage bond for a very poorly maintained apartment

Positive: Loved the space and comfortable beds. Overall it was perfect and the price was very reasonable compared to other places for our large family. My kids all got their own beds. The owner did a great job communicating. Overall, I would stay here again. Very happy and would recommend to others. Negative: AC wasn't the best, but the owner had fans in all the rooms that made it a bit better. The shower controls were difficult due to being installed wrong. Tv was not connected to the internet, and we couldn't get it to work, and it was a bit small. Maybe some bigger tvs in the rooms might be nice with something to watch. The bedside lamp has a plug-in to charge your phone, but it quits working when you use switch on the wall to turn lights off. Overall, there are just minor things that we were able to live with, but it was great for our family
