Lots of issues and needs a lot of maintenance and repairs Positive: Good location Negative: This property is in very desperate need of maintenance, repairs, and updates. The AC barely worked, we had it set to 65 and it was definitely in the high 70s the entire time. We were miserably hot and bought fans to help cool us off. The curtains were broken and could not be pulled down either with the non-exisistent remote that should have been there, or manually. Blackout curtains on a Vegas property, especially one on the very bright strip, is absolutely necessary. The only lighting in the bedroom was two small, dim lamps. It was very difficult to use the space at night because of the lack of light, and with how crammed the multiple beds are, we kept stubbing our toes or shins on the hard metal bed frames. Other random issues included moldy toilet paper, freezer handle that popped off the second we touched it, sink knob that also popped off, no garbage bags.

Excellent location and spacious apartment Positive: Location is everything and views were brilliant.The kitchen had everything really that you could need and the beds were so comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues that Dan sorted for us straight away and he was always quick to reply which is important to us. I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Negative: Just as previous reviews said the place could do with a good deep clean and where the carpet was coming away from the gripper it actually hurt my feet a few times. The corner of the bed frames also left us with quite a few bruises on our legs. Apart from these minor things all was good.

Close to the strip but very dated Positive: Close to the everything Negative: Bath towels had stains on them and holes small tears they were very old and gross. The room is very dated needs a repaint it felt dirty

Très bel endroit à améliorer Positive: Le site est juste fantastique et bien placé Le parking on y rentre et on y sort avec la carte et il est juste à côté La cuisine est bien équipé Negative: La moquette est à lessiver et les rideau électrique à réparer Ensuite il manque un autre douche car il y en a qu’une Dommage
